Yes — every product on RU_PMDG is delivered with an original licence key obtained through authorised distributors. We do not sell pirated copies.
Can I pay with a Russian bank card?
Yes — RU_PMDG accepts MIR, Visa, MasterCard and SBP. Card payments are processed by T-Bank (Tinkoff).
Can I pay with bonus points or account balance?

How fast is delivery after payment?
Licence keys and downloads are delivered automatically within seconds after a successful payment. Some subscriptions (e.g. Navigraph) are activated by the upstream service within 1 hour.
Where do I get my key and files after payment?
Everything is stored in your account under “Purchases”: the licence key, a login and password, or a download link — depending on the product. You also get an email when the order is ready.
How do I install a purchased add-on?
The easiest way is the free Tap Flight app: it detects your installed simulator and the right folder and installs the mod in one click. You can also download the files in your account and install them manually.

What is Tap Flight?

How do I buy an add-on that isn’t in the catalog?
Use the “Purchase help” page: send a link to the add-on and its price, and we’ll buy and arrange it for you — handy when the product is only sold on a foreign store.
Can I get a refund?
Licence keys are digital goods, so refunds are not provided once a key has been issued. If a key does not activate or a product does not match its description, contact support and we will resolve it individually. See the Refund policy for details.
Do I need a VPN to buy or install an add-on?
No. Buying and installing on rupmdg.com works without a VPN. The built-in VPN in Tap Flight is only needed for simulator online modes with regional restrictions.
What language is support in?
