The iFly Jets 737 MAX8 for Microsoft Flight Simulator is an advanced, high-fidelity simulation of one of the world's most widely used aircraft. Purchasing the iFly MAX 8 for MSFS 2020 also includes a free compatibility upgrade to MSFS 2024, which is currently experimental. The iFly development team, working with members of the Flight1 team, development partners, and in consultation with pilots and engineers qualified to fly the 737 MAX8, created a comprehensive simulation from nose to tail, wingtip to wingtip. It all starts with the cockpit, where the aircraft systems are meticulously modeled both visually and functionally. The clarity of the cockpit and textures is breathtaking. The systems simulation is in-depth, including the specific differences between the 737 MAX8 and the 737 NG. The LEAP 1B25, 1B27, and IB28 engines are fully modeled and match real-world performance, including their respective thrust variants. The curved rotor engine (BRM) is fully modeled throughout the engine start sequence. The 737 MAX8 simulator features enhanced and expanded ND, PFD, and MFD screens with essential functionality. The FMC/CDU panel is fully modeled to meet the specific requirements of the 737 MAX8, including pages exclusive to this model, such as the "Refueling Progress" page. iFly 737 MAX8 also includes a full set of realistically simulated faults, including the ability to configure random faults. Step outside the cockpit and experience the 737 MAX8 like never before in a simulator. The virtual cockpit with adjustable lighting allows you to walk around and sense its atmosphere. And, just like in real life, the cabin dynamically changes throughout the flight. So expect surprises! During autopilot flight, walk around and sit in any of the seats for a more realistic experience. Flight attendant lighting panels are modeled. Doors, ramps, and cargo compartments are modeled and functional. Window shades move up and down (and randomly!). The lavatories are modeled and partially functional.
